Independent Community Living Plus supports people over the age of 55 to live independently and provides care tailored to your individual needs.
It gives you the security and privacy of a home of your own, while offering a range of onsite facilities, and care is available 24 hours a day.
At our Independent Community Living Plus schemes you will find:

Café/restaurant/bar for you to share a meal, snack or drink with other residents, family or friends

Communal laundry facilities (except at Swallowtail Place)

Our apartments have a kitchen, sitting room, shower room, hallway and either one or two bedrooms. (Apartments at Swallowtail Place and The Meadows have some integrated kitchen appliances.) They all have an emergency call system, smoke alarms, gas central heating, double glazing, and level access shower rooms.
