Swallowtail Place is an Independent Community Living Plus scheme in Acle made up of 58 apartments with a range of public and private facilities. The apartments include 41 for affordable rent and 17 for shared ownership, exclusively for people aged over 55. 

The scheme was funded in partnership with Homes England and Norfolk County Council.  

This development completed in November 2022.
