*Section 106 is the clause in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which determines the number of affordable homes built within a new development.
Ellingham Road, Attleborough.
We purchased 3 properties (2 bedroom) from James Mallory Homes - 2 for rent and 1 for home ownership. They were completed in late 2022.
Swallowtail Place, Acle
We contracted RG Carter to complete this Independent Community Living Plus scheme made up of 58 apartments with a range of public and private facilities. The apartments include 41 for affordable rent and 17 for shared ownership, exclusively to people over 55.
The scheme was funded in partnership with Homes England and Norfolk County Council.
This development completed in November 2022.
Stocks Hill, Bawburgh
We bought 3 properties from Porter Developments, consisting of 1 bungalow for affordable rent, and 2 bungalows for home ownership. These properties completed in Autumn 2022.
Rokeles Green, Watton
We bought 11 properties from Abel Homes including 9 rented and 2 for home ownership. They completed in Autumn 2022.
Old Hospital, Little Plumstead
We bought 4 properties from Cripps Developments Limited, in September 2022, all for affordable rent.
Leflins Lane, Acle
We bought 10 properties from Crocus Homes. These included 6 for affordable rent and 4 for home ownership. They are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom houses which completed in Summer 2022.
Woods Meadow, Oulton
We bought 2, 4 bedroom houses from Persimmon Homes for affordable rent which completed in September 2022.
