We are working with Lovell Partnerships Ltd to develop 90 affordable homes - 61 will be for rent and 29 for shared ownership. There will be a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and bungalows, delivered in 6 phases between Summer 2024 and Summer 2025.
Fressingfield, School Lane (S106*)
We are purchasing 3 properties from Sprake Developments. These include 2 and 3 bedroom houses, 2 will be affordable rent and 1 will be for shared ownership, which are due to be completed in early 2023.
Bungay, St Johns Road (S106*)
We are purchasing 8 affordable rent properties, consisting of 4 x 2 bedroom houses and 4 x 2 bedroom flats from Cripps Developments, due to complete in Spring 2023.
Needham Market, Hill House Lane (S106*)
We are purchasing 13 properties from HHF (EA) Ltd. These include 9 properties for rent which will be a mix of 1 bedroom flats and 2 and 3 bedroom houses. There will also be 4 shared ownership properties including 2 and 3 bedroom houses, due to complete in early 2023.
Beccles, London Road (S106*)
We are purchasing 10 properties from Hopkins Homes. They include 4 x 2 bedroom bungalows and 6 x 1 bedroom flats, all for affordable rent and due to be completed in early 2023.
Acle, Leflins Lane, Phase 2 (S106*)
We are purchasing 3 affordable rent and 1 shared ownership property from Crocus Homes. This includes a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom houses and bungalows. These properties are due to complete in early 2023.
Mattishall, Dereham road
We are purchasing 8 affordable rented properties from Denbury Homes. This includes a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom houses. Due to complete Early April 2023.
