Where we are building

Saffron is taking handover of 18 rented and 6 shared ownership properties from Skylarks with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 beds, which are due to complete in 2024 - 2026.

So far we have successfully been handed over 6 shared ownership and 15 rented properties. 

Next handover due August 2026

We are working with Lovell Partnerships Ltd to develop 151 affordable homes - 101 will be for rent and 50 for shared ownership. There will be a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, flats and bungalows, delivered in 6 phases between 2025 - 2028

So far we have successfully handed over 45 affordable homes and 27 shared ownership to be available to rent/buy. 

Next handovers due August/September 2026

We are working with Crocus Homes to develop 65 affordable homes - 54 will be for rent and 11 for shared ownership. There will be a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, flats and bungalows, delivered in 7 phases between 2026 - 2027

First handovers are due September 2026

We are working with Crocus Homes to develop 17 affordable homes - 12 will be for rent and 5 for shared ownership. There will be a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom houses and bungalows, delivered between 2026 - 2027

Saffron is taking handover of 5 rented and 3 shared equity properties from Crocus Homes with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed houses, which are due to complete in 2026-2027.

We have now started works on site at The Oaks Extra Care scheme as we extend our affordable Independent Community Living portfolio into Harleston, Norfolk. 

Upon completion, the scheme will consist of 107 brand-new Independent Community Living homes for individuals aged 55 and over with additional care needs.

Facilities on site will include a hairdressing salon and communal gardens. Further information, including how to apply to rent an apartment at the scheme, or purchase a shared ownership property, will be published prior to the scheme being completed in the autumn of 2027.
