We are delighted that our independent community living plus scheme, Swallowtail Place, in Acle, shortlisted for a prestigious planning award.
The scheme was up for the ‘Best Project’ at the Royal Town Planning Institute East of England Awards for Planning Excellence 2023, awards that celebrate the best plans, people, and projects in England.
We worked in partnership with property and construction consultancy Ingleton Wood to develop Swallowtail Place, a development of 58 new affordable homes that support people over 55 with care needs to live independently.
