Saffron own garages to rent in parts of the South Norfolk district area. We have a waiting list as some areas are in high demand.

You can use our garages for securely parking your car or for the storage of items. You don’t need to be a Saffron tenant to rent one of our garages. If you would like to rent a garage, please make an appointment to come to our offices where you will need to bring proof of identification. A 4-week advance payment will also be required upon sign up.

Saffron tenant – £7.05pw – this will be increasing to £7.24pw from the 6th April 2020.
Saffron tenant for a 2nd garage- £10.21pw- increases to £10.49pw from 6th April 2020.
Non-Saffron tenant- £12pw – increases to £12.32pw from 6th April 2020.
All prices are including V.A.T.

Please note Saffron tenants must have a clear rent account before we can offer a garage. Saffron are not liable for any damaged/stolen items, we advise you to take out content’s insurance if necessary.
