Where we are building

Saffron is taking handover of 18 rented and 6 shared ownership properties from Skylarks with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 beds, which are due to complete in 2024 - 2026.

We are working with Lovell Partnerships Ltd to develop 151 affordable homes - 101 will be for rent and 50 for shared ownership. There will be a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, flats and bungalows, delivered in 6 phases between 2025 - 2028

So far we have successfully handed over 25 affordable homes and 15 shared ownership to be available to rent/buy. 

Next handovers due end of July

Saffron is taking handover of 16 rented properties from Allison Homes with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 beds. Handovers are taking place in May - August 2025. 

Saffron is taking handover of 15 rented and 5 shared ownership properties from Norfolk Homes with a mix of 1, 2 & 3 beds. 

Saffron has taken handover of 4 rented and 3 shared ownership properties, with handover of a further 6 rented due to handover in July 2025. 

Saffron will be taking handover of 1 more rented 3 bed property at Bradwell from Persimmon Homes. Handover due June 2025.

We have now started works on site at The Oaks Extra Care scheme as we extend our affordable Independent Community Living portfolio into Harleston, Norfolk. 

Upon completion, the scheme will consist of 107 brand-new Independent Community Living homes for individuals aged 55 and over with additional care needs.

Facilities on site will include a hairdressing salon and communal gardens. Further information, including how to apply to rent an apartment at the scheme, or purchase a shared ownership property, will be published prior to the scheme being completed in the autumn of 2027.

Saffron will be taking handover of 20 rented and 14 shared equity properties from Norfolk Homes with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 beds, which are due to complete in 2025 - 2026.
