We trust our colleagues to do the right thing and we are looking for people whose values are aligned with ours, PACE:
We aspire to provide development opportunities to our colleagues enabling them to flourish and build on their skills and capabilities. We strive to provide our colleagues with opportunities to gain relevant professional qualifications and experience to grow and develop.
We work with and support our colleagues to work in an agile way to provide flexibility as well as a work/life balance. Where the role allows, there is the choice of where you work, such as, in the office, work from home, a coffee shop, park, or a combination of all.
From application to interview, we place inclusion at the heart of all we do. We aspire to have a diverse and inclusive workplace and ensure that those from underrepresented groups receive a fair process when applying to work at Saffron. When recruiting for senior positions we guarantee an interview for a female and one person from an underrepresented group.
We are delighted to have made it onto three of the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ lists! Our colleagues completed the Best Companies b-Heard survey, and their feedback shows we have ‘Good’ levels of workplace engagement. This has earned us a place on the following lists:

Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
We offer a place where colleagues can flourish. To help achieve this, we offer a range of supportive tools and opportunities for our staff to learn about equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Staff volunteering
We offer all our colleagues one day to volunteer in our communities. Volunteering can take place anywhere - suggestions come from tenants or colleagues members. Our volunteering has included litter picks, fen management, a charity sleepout and supporting community group events.
