Working at Saffron

We want our people to feel valued, supported and proud to be part of the Saffron Community. By working together and learning as one team, we know that great people deliver great services for tenants and communities.

We care about the impact we have on people and place others at the heart of every decision we make. Acting with integrity, professionalism and empathy, we create an inclusive environment where colleagues feel respected and empowered to do the right thing.

We encourage curiosity and continuous improvement, trusting our colleagues to take responsibility, act on feedback and look for better ways to serve others. We are looking for people who share our commitment to collaboration, care and positive change, and whose values align with ours.

Our Values are:

Three overlapping coloured circles displaying organisational values: 'Achieve more together', 'Make a difference', and 'Create better ways, each with a simple icon.

We aspire to provide development opportunities that enable our colleagues to flourish and build on their skills and capabilities. By supporting learning and continuous development, we help our people grow with confidence, offering opportunities to gain relevant professional qualifications and experience throughout their careers.

We support our colleagues to work in an agile and flexible way, promoting wellbeing and a healthy work/life balance. Where roles allow, colleagues can choose where they work such as, in the office, from home, or a coffee shop, park, or a combination of all.

From application through to interview, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and ensuring a fair and transparent recruitment process for all.

We are delighted to have made it onto three of the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ lists! Our colleagues complete the Best Companies b-Heard survey, and their feedback shows we currently have ‘Good’ levels of workplace engagement. This has earned us a place on the following lists:
