Thank you to everyone who has so far expressed an interest in taking part in our communication access project. We have had some really helpful feedback from tenants and decided to change how we will gather our information. So instead of doing focus groups we will now be offering one-to-one interviews asking about how we can improve communications from Saffron.
We would love it if you are interested in taking part. To do so, please fill in the following survey here by clicking here, so we know the characteristics of those who volunteer to take part in the interviews. (Please ignore all references to focus groups – we will not be offering these now). After filling in this form we will be in touch to let you know if we are able to interview you.
The interviews will take place in three ways:
- Online video call (via MS Teams)
- Telephone call
- Face to face interview – either at your home or in a Saffron venue.
You will be interviewed either by the project lead Dr Katherine Deane or by a member of the Saffron team. We will mostly be offering online video calls. If you need BSL interpretation or would prefer a face-to-face interview, please email k.deane@uea.ac.uk to request this.
