Customer Advisory Panel (CAP)

We have just launched a new ‘Overarching Group’ CAP which consists of 8 volunteer Members and an Independent Chair. The role of this Group is to work in partnership with us and:

  • oversee the involvement of Saffron customers in decisions that affect the services that we provide
  • review our performance
  • agree an annual customer consultation plan
  • review customer facing policies and have input into service strategies
  • nominate 3 of our Non-Executive Directors

To apply to be a CAP Member you need to be a customer which means that you take a service from us such as; having a tenancy, are a leaseholder or are renting a garage etc. Don’t worry if you have never been involved before, your knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting you, your home, your families and neighbours, could be invaluable in making sure we focus our attention and efforts on the things that matter most to you. Full training and support is given and we cover reasonable out of pocket expenses.
