At Saffron Housing, we’re constantly trying to evolve the services we offer. We also want to enable our customers to reach us in the most convenient ways. As part of this, we’re looking to do more digitally, and we can help you do the same. In the future, you’ll be able to manage many aspects of your tenancy online, and contact us using the method you most prefer.

Are your contact details up to date?

We are working towards providing more of our services digitally. This may include sending you information like our Saffron News via email. If you are not sure that we have your up-to-date email address, please email so we can update our records.

Tenant portal 

The tenant portal ‘My Saffron’ is available for you to use.

The portal allows you to pay your rent, and view your balance and transaction history, but now you can also amend your personal details when you need to, raise an enquiry and receive updates over a secure link which has advantages over sending an email.

You can send in an enquiry via the portal or by calling or emailing our Customer Contact Centre.

You also have access to information and resources such as our Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service.

The portal is a quick and easy way to find out important information and carry out tasks relating to your tenancy.

You can sign up right now by following the instructions below.

To register/re-register you will need the following details:

  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • National Insurance Number
