In the future, you’ll be able to manage many aspects of your tenancy online, and contact us using the method you most prefer.

We are working towards providing more of our services digitally. This may include sending you information like our Saffron News via email. If you are not sure that we have your up-to-date email address, please email GoDigital@saffronhousing.co.uk so we can update our records.

Did you know that you can check your rent balance, log a repair and make a rent payment all through our website?

All you need to get started is your tenancy reference. You can find this on a recent rent statement, or you can call us on 01508 532000. Click here to setup your account.
