We are making a change to our tenant newsletter soon to bring you more frequent and up to date information about all things Saffron.
From April, we are introducing 4 bitesize electronic versions of Saffron News which will be emailed to you instead of posting printed copies.
For those of you we do not have an email address for, or if you would still like to receive a paper copy, we will post a “bumper” winter edition which will be a roundup of the stories from that year.
All of the new e-editions will be available on our website and there are benefits from going digital, such as:
- You will receive more frequent and up to date news
• We will use less paper
• It meets our digital agenda
• Value for Money
We will update you closer to the time when you should expect to see ‘Saffron E-News’ in your inbox, but in the meantime why not make sure we have your correct email address by contacting us via firstname.lastname@example.org or 01508 532000.
Also in line with our digital agenda, from April our rent statements will no longer be posted to tenants but they will be available via the ‘My Saffron’ tenant portal. If you haven’t already, you can sign up to the portal by visiting our website here – https://www.saffronhousing.co.uk/residents/do-more-online/. We will send out postal copies upon request, so please let us know if you would like to receive it this way.
