12 Days of Christmas from Davy Place
Last week we had the pleasure of dropping in on the Craft Clubs Christmas dress rehearsal at Davy Place.
The residents of Davy Place set up a Craft Club last January as they felt January can be a lonely time and a bit of a struggle for some. They planned to meet every Thursday and although it started off as a knit and natter it quickly grew to include lots of other activities such as master classes on card making, sugar craft and also making remembrance poppies for the Loddon Church. This Christmas they have also turned their Thursday session into a sing song and have planned a little performance which they will perform to all the residents at Davy Place.
‘The Craft Club is a really occasion on a Thursday and is a great atmosphere. Everyone is welcome and it is good fun. ‘
Please enjoy watching the clip and share in some of their Christmas spirit.
