Why an apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships mean you can earn while you learn. They also enable you to achieve a qualification while gaining valuable hands-on skills and experience that will help you move to the next stage of your career.

Why a Saffron Apprenticeship?

Our current and previous Apprentices can tell you why:

‘At the age of 16 Saffron was a great opportunity as it was a local business with lots of potential. They supported me throughout my apprenticeship, which included completing my NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Business Administration. This enabled me to learn lots of new skills and gain experience. ‘

‘Saffron offered good hours, above the minimum pay for an apprentice and all employee benefits. They supported my college work and Saffron is a big enough company to give me lots of opportunities but small enough to know everyone and be able to offer each other support when needed’.

‘All the team are really nice and welcoming. You get the support you need and Saffron is always willing to help you work towards your qualifications.’

As an Apprentice you will be:

  • Paid above the National Apprentice wage
  • Paid ‘day or block release’ to attend college
