During the winter months, our phone lines can be very busy. To ensure your enquiry is dealt with as soon as possible, we encourage you to email any non-emergency repairs or other queries to firstname.lastname@example.org where we aim to respond on the same day.
Saffron Offices will be closed from 12.30pm on Tuesday 24th December 2019 and will re-open 8.45am on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

Changes to our opening hours:
From January 2nd 2020, we will be closing the reception at our Saffron Barn office in Long Stratton. From this date, we will be moving towards an appointment-only approach where you will need to call our Customer Contact Team on 01508 532000 who will help you with your enquiry.
Appointments will be available between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.
The change will provide a more efficient service for you as it will ensure your enquiry is dealt with in the most effective way possible and prevent any unnecessary journeys.
