We carry out planned maintenance on all our properties on a cycle, currently set at six years, as this is the most economical and efficient way of doing this type of work.

The gas appliances in your home must be serviced every 12 months to comply with the law and to ensure your continued safety and that of your neighbours.

Are you able to have your heating system serviced?

We want to ensure that your home is warm and efficient.

As part of our responsibility to provide you with a modern and reasonably efficient heating system we will replace heating systems when they reach the end of their serviceable lives.

Saffron Housing Trust can provide you with energy efficiency advise about the energy usage in your home. To do this we may need to carry out a visit to your home and would also need to view the latest copies of your energy bills.

Our Grounds Maintenance team deal with grass cutting and tree care on the communal land that we own.
