Photo Voltaic panels (PV) convert sunlight into electricity. The panels are placed on the roof of a property and then connected to the electricity grid via the electricity meter. Saffron is planning to fit photo-voltaic panels to the roofs of 1,000 of our properties during 2011 and into the early part of 2012.

Saffron Housing Trust has completed its digital TV upgrades on all its properties that have a communal TV system.
