What is Customer Involvement?

By Customer, we mean people who receive our services.

This includes:

  • Tenants
  • Leaseholders who have bought their homes
  • Lifeline users
  • Shared Owners

By 'Involvement' we mean:

  • Enabling customers to help us shape and improve the services we provide.
  • Giving people opportunities to make a difference in the places where they live.

We offer a variety of ways for you to become involved at a level which suits you.

  • Whether people just want to receive information such as a newsletter or want to be very involved in decision-making processes e.g becoming a Board Member, we can help.
  • You can give as much, or as little time as you want, the choice is yours.
  • You don't need to be an expert, all you need is an opinion and is able to spare some time.
