What is Customer Involvement?
By Customer, we mean people who receive our services.
This includes:
- Tenants
- Leaseholders who have bought their homes
- Lifeline users
- Shared Owners
By 'Involvement' we mean:
- Enabling customers to help us shape and improve the services we provide.
- Giving people opportunities to make a difference in the places where they live.
We offer a variety of ways for you to become involved at a level which suits you.
- Whether people just want to receive information such as a newsletter or want to be very involved in decision-making processes e.g becoming a Board Member, we can help.
- You can give as much, or as little time as you want, the choice is yours.
- You don't need to be an expert, all you need is an opinion and is able to spare some time.
