Customer Advisory Panel

The Customer Advisory Panel is the umbrella resident group that consists of nominated representatives.

CAP meets regularly and is involved in influencing decisions and policies. It also encourages involvement through training.

Information on getting involved will be made available to you through our newsletter, by letter, meetings and on this website.

Our Customer Involvement Agreement and Involvement & Consultation strategy are available on request. Both these documents are constantly being reviewed to bring them inline with regulatory and statutory obligations and the Trust's corporate objectives in respect of customer involvement.

We want to enable all tenants to become involved and to help you attend meetings we can pay for childcare and travel costs.

All groups are inclusive and we encourage representation from all sections of the community.
