Customer Involvement

We have a Customer Involvement Team who can provide you with information, support and advice to help you become involved in decisions which affect you, your home and the area where you live. We work with individual customers, groups and other organisations to make a positive difference in our communities.

At Saffron we recognise that the customers who use our services are the best people to help us improve them. This section provides information on the many ways that you can directly participate and explains how Saffron will provide the necessary training and resources for you to be involved.
