What is Contact Care?

Contact Care Lifeline provides an emergency service 24 hours a day 365 days a year to anyone who feels vulnerable or at risk no matter what their age or circumstance.

If you, a friend or family member, answer yes to any of these – a Contact Care Lifeline might be for you.

  • Are you an older person who wants to remain independent in your own home but worries about being a burden on your family or friends?
  • Do you have health problems?
  • Do you live or work alone?
  • Do you feel vulnerable?
  • Are you worried about bogus callers?
  • Are you a lone parent?
  • Would a key safe help?

All you need to get connected is:

  • A standard electric plug socket
  • An existing telephone socket – on the same wall, close to the electric socket
  • At least 2 emergency contacts who are key holders to your home and live locally in case of an emergency
