The people who make up Saffron Housing Trust are really proud of the organisation for which they work!

Some have worked at Saffron for many years and others have joined us more recently. Saffron has a comprehensive staff training programme and also gives young people an opportunity to join their trainee scheme to gain valuable knowledge.

Saffron is always striving to extend its range of skills and encourages its staff to maintain a work life balance. Staff are regularly consulted on their views and the Board and Executive respond to the feedback.  Saffron values its staff and they were an integral part of Saffron being awarded two stars with promising prospects in the Audit Commission’s Inspection in 2009 – a real achievement for a new Housing Association.

Many members of staff have supported fundraising events for Saffron Community Foundation including eight people taking part in the 3 Peaks Challenge in 2010 – including our Chief Executive Adam Ronaldson. In 2011 they competed in the South Norfolk Endurance Event!
